These Terms & Conditions govern your use of services provided through BradHenson.com, including the Henson AI Assistant.
Use of the service is subject to these Terms & Conditions. Consent to receive SMS messages is obtained separately through the SMS opt-in process described below.
Henson AI Assistant
The SMS service provides access to the Henson AI Assistant through text messaging.
Users may send requests, questions, commands, or other information to the service. The service may use automated systems and artificial intelligence to process these requests and generate responses.
Responses are provided for informational and functional purposes and may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate for every situation.
SMS Opt-In and Consent
Participation in the SMS service is voluntary.
Users opt in by texting START to the service's phone number after being provided with the SMS opt-in instructions.
Before opting in, users are informed that by texting START they agree to receive automated conversational and transactional SMS messages from the Henson AI Assistant.
Users are also informed that:
- Message frequency varies based on user interaction.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to opt out at any time.
- Reply HELP for assistance.
After the user texts START, the service may send an automated confirmation acknowledging that the user has opted in.
The service does not use SMS consent to send unsolicited marketing or promotional messages.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on user interaction with the service. Messages are primarily generated in response to requests or actions initiated by the user.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply according to the user's wireless carrier and mobile service plan.
BradHenson.com is not responsible for charges imposed by a user's wireless carrier.
Opting Out
Users may opt out of SMS messaging at any time by replying:
STOP
After opting out, the user will no longer receive SMS messages from the service except for a message confirming the opt-out request where applicable.
A user who has opted out must complete the applicable opt-in process again before resuming SMS interactions with the service.
Help
Users may reply HELP for information about the SMS service and available assistance.
Additional assistance may be available at admin@bradhenson.com.
No Marketing Messages
The SMS service is intended for conversational and transactional interactions.
The service does not send unsolicited advertising, marketing, or promotional SMS messages.
Mobile information and SMS consent will not be sold or provided to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Acceptable Use
Users agree not to use the service to:
- Violate applicable laws or regulations
- Harass, threaten, or harm others
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data
- Interfere with the operation or security of the service
- Use the service for fraudulent, abusive, or malicious activity
Access may be limited or terminated when reasonably necessary to protect the service, its users, or other systems.
Artificial Intelligence
Some responses generated by the service may be produced using artificial intelligence.
AI-generated information can contain errors. Users are responsible for evaluating responses before relying on them, particularly when a response could affect safety, finances, legal matters, health, security, or other important decisions.
Service Availability
The service is provided on an as-available basis.
There is no guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every mobile carrier or device.
Features may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.
Privacy
Use of the service is also subject to the BradHenson.com Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy explains how information associated with the service, including SMS communications, mobile information, and SMS consent information, is handled.
Changes to These Terms
These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically to reflect changes to the service or applicable requirements.
The date at the top of this page indicates when the terms were most recently updated.
